Acupuncture cases study by Professor Zhang Yong Shu, a famous national doctor

Introduction of the speaker

Dr. Yong Shu Zhang is a chief physician of the Acupuncture Department in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Quanzhou, professor of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), postgraduate supervisor. He is an expert and supervisor in the project of 2010 national inheritance in academic and experience from famous TCM doctor. Well-known TCM doctor in Fujian province, representative successors for National Intangible Cultural Heritage project of “Quanzhou Liu Zhang Jie Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture”.
Since 1961, Dr. Zhang has been successively mentored by the famous expert and master of Acupuncture Dr. Zhang Jie Liu in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Quanzhou, Dr. Ying Long Chen in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiamen, as well as Dr. Zong Xu Huang in Fujian University of TCM.
At present, Dr. Zhang is a senior consultant in the Luo Acupuncture and Cupping Committee of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Quanzhou Historical and Culture Center. Dr. Zhang is an honorary vice president of Fujian Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, honorary president of Quanzhou Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Quanzhou Association of Chinese medicine.
Dr. Zhang also presented as a consultant for TCM Associations and organizations around the world, such as Chinese Medicine information of Malaysia, Malaysia thunderbolt Association of Acupuncture, United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese Acupuncture Centre of Princeton, New Jersey in the US, and California Licensed Acupuncturist Association in the US.
Since 1995, Dr. Zhang has been invited and sponsored to present, lecture and practice TCM in many countries or regions, including Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, American, Hong Kong, and Macao. He was awarded of special contribution in the inheritance of TCM by China Association of Chinese Medicine.
