Dr Li graduated from Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine. Apprenticed to Su Mingliang, a disciple of Liu Shaowu. Through years of clinical practice, he has become skilled in applying the Three Parts and Six Syndrome pattern differentiation method—particularly "Four Pulse Diagnosis" and "Coordinated Therapy"—to treat various chronic diseases.

The Three Parts and Six Syndromes theory is a medical doctrine established by the renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner from Shanxi, Mr. Liu Shaowu, one of the first 500 distinguished veteran practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in China. This theory is the culmination of Mr. Liu Shaowu's extensive research on foundational texts such as the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases (Shanghanlun) and his long-term clinical practice.
